No fees for the Workshop
All expenses will be paid for by the Labex.
- Travel expenses (fly ticket, shuttle bus, train tickets, up to 450€/travel for european travels).
- Hotel (3 nights up to 60€/night).
- 2 lunches provided during the Workshop.
All participants must do their own reservations for fly tickets, train tickets, hotel and pay these expenses in advance.
A list of hotels is suggested in (Location and Accomodation), but everyone is free to choose his own hotel.
After the Workshop, all participants will be refunded by bank transfer in the limit of authorized expenses.
Participants need to keep their original receipts, the train tickets
and the boarding passes for the reimbursement of their trip. The currency conversion
will be done according to current conversion tables of PPRIME.
